This model is released under the strict Qwen Research License Agreement, which restricts usage to academic and research purposes only and prohibits any commercial use. Qwen-Image-2.1 is an image generation model built on a lightweight Diffusion Transformer (DiT) architecture, featuring native transparent image generation capability that allows it to directly output PNG images with alpha channels without requiring additional processing. It supports multi-functional image editing, enabling style transfer or content fusion using up to 10 reference images simultaneously, and can generate highly realistic skin textures and material details, with significantly improved aesthetic performance compared to its predecessor. The model is compatible with multiple aspect ratio outputs, making it flexible enough to meet image generation needs across different scenarios.
