About Redemption Codes
A redemption code is a paid voucher sold by platform partners through third-party platforms. Only selected partner applications support redemption code verification. You can redeem the code in the Redeem a Code section on the corresponding application details page to obtain the installation service for that application.
Usage Rules
- After you obtain a redemption code, its remaining validity is generally more than 180 days. Expired codes are void; we recommend redeeming it as soon as possible.
- Each redemption code can be redeemed only once and becomes void after redemption.
- Please redeem the code on the details page of the corresponding application; it cannot be used on the details page of any other application.
Service Rights
The installation service obtained through a redemption code enjoys the same rights as the installation service purchased directly on the platform; however, you cannot request a refund by clicking "After-Sales Application" in the client.
Refund Policy
To request a refund, please contact the third-party platform or channel where you purchased the redemption code; refund matters are subject to that platform's or channel's purchase terms.
Common Redemption Failure Messages
If a redemption code fails to be redeemed, the system will show a message indicating the reason. Common messages and suggestions are listed below:

| Redemption code has expired | The code has passed its validity period or been deactivated; contact the seller |
| Redemption code has already been used | The code has been redeemed; each code can be used only once |
| Redemption code is not applicable to this application | Redeem the code on the details page of the corresponding application |
| Too many attempts, please try again later | Wait a moment and try again |
| Redemption failed, please try again later | The system is busy or an error occurred; try again later |
